This particular scholarship offers aid to the students belonging to categories like SC/ST/OBC. The scholarship eligibility criteria vary depending on the level of education of the candidate. For a few scholarships, the student's family income becomes the key eligibility criteria whereas in some cases scholarship is offered on the basis of merit. Here is how one can get access to the PMS scholarship: 

• Students need to be residents of the Madhya Pradesh
• Students studying post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship (only for SC/ST/OBC)
• To get a 100% scholarship SC/ST student's family income must be less than Rs.500000
• For OBC students the family income needs to be less than Rs. 300000
